This week, I handed off the mic to a talented young girl named Jessica Meyer. She is a “CMN Hospitals Champion” and brain cancer survivor, who told me she aspires to become a host/reporter. Working with her was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. During her interviews, Jessica was witty, confident and fearless with each conversation; her strength and determination was undeniable. Memorizing all of her questions and listening to every answer, Jessica sou ld craft a come back or follow up, all on her own. Here she is with JJ Reddick, calm as a happy clam – what a natural! Looks like someone has a promising career ahead of her!
